About me
Wini is the Chief Executive Officer of the Inter Agency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc. (IAC), with nearly 200 members, and she has been an innovator in the intellectual and developmental disabilities services field since 1986. With more than 40 years of experience including direct support, program design, staff training, administration, and advocacy, Wini brings a wealth of experience balanced with knowledge and fresh ideas. Collaborating with providers, families, people receiving services, government and other associations in the developmental disabilities field and beyond, Wini has been instrumental in spotlighting issues and initiating activities to achieve results, and leading providers in the development of new approaches to systemic issues.
