Ray Pierce is the Director of the New York State Early Intervention Program at the Department of Health and currently serves as the President of the Infant and Toddler Coordinators Association (ITCA). He has 25 years of experience helping people with disabilities live independently in the community with appropriate services and supports. He previously worked at state rehabilitation and developmental disability agencies in NYS and Massachusetts. In the nonprofit sector, he enjoyed assisting people to gain access to public benefits, employment, housing, and health care. A Binghamton University graduate, Mr. Pierce concentrated his studies in human development, public administration, and leadership.
