About me
Molly Little is the CEO of The Arc of Delaware County (Delarc), where she has spent more than 30 years growing from Direct Support Professional (DSP) to organizational leader. Her work is rooted in a deep belief that people with disabilities deserve lives centered on dignity, individuality and belonging. Molly is passionate about Delarc’s commitment to caring without restraint, including supporting people without the use of physical or pharmacological restraints. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating cultures where inclusion, humanity, and psychological safety are not aspirations, but everyday practice. Having worked across all levels of support and leadership, Molly brings both frontline experience and a systems perspective, with a belief that the best outcomes happen when people are truly seen, heard, valued and supported. She remains inspired by the individuals, families, and staff who remind her daily that meaningful change starts with relationships.
