Jennifer Cohen is an economist whose research focuses on the structural conditions shaping frontline work in healthcare and disability services, including turnover, economic insecurity, and organizational support among Direct Support Professionals. She is the founder and principal of Canvas Workforce Research + Strategy, where she translates workforce research into organizational practice through advisory work and an executive workshop series. She is a Research Economist at Rutgers University's School of Management and Labor Relations.
